Jonathan assisted me so successfully with the arthritis in my knee and the ankle that I had broken. Jonathan identified different treatment methods that surprised me.  I felt so informed and thankful that he provided me exercises that applied to both of my conditions.  I liked that he didn’t push me too fast and was sensitive to the pace that I could keep.
